Steak & Steak is an annual tradition that allows the youth of our community and our club members to mingle over a delicious steak dinner. This year’s event is hosted by Locos Grill & Pub. The night will feature Josh Brooks, current UGA Athletic Director, as the evening’s featured guest. The funds from the event will benefit The Boys & Girls Clubs of Athens program initiatives.

Featuring Josh Brooks
J. Reid Parker Director of Athletics
Josh Brooks started his career for the University of Georgia Athletic Association in 2008, as the Assistant Director of Football Operations. After serving over 10 years at UGA, Brooks was named J. Reid Parker Director of Athletics in 2021.
A native of Louisiana, he graduated from LSU in 2002 with a B.S. in Kinesiology and Exercise Science. In his time at LSU, Brooks worked as an equipment manager and a student assistant coach. During those four years, the Tigers went to the 2000 Peach Bowl, the 2001 SEC Championship, and the 2002 Sugar Bowl.
In 2014, Brooks received his Master's degree in Sports Management from UGA.
