Starting last November, our Joel E. Smilow and H.T. Edwards clubs have been hosting Saturday programming. Saturdays at the club focus on academic support (ELA and math), recreational enrichment, and music education.
We have also partnered with the Sheriff and Police Departments to provide a gang prevention curriculum for the students on Saturdays.
We offer Saturday programs every weekend from 9 am to 1 pm. Transportation is provided from all of our Athens Housing Authority locations and lunch is provided.
